This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be requested for services and memberships purchased through TeamPulse.
2. Tagsági díjak
2.1 Lemondás a szolgáltatás kezdete előtt
If you cancel your membership before the service period begins:
- Full refund available if cancelled at least 7 days before the start date
- 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of the start date
- No refund if cancelled on or after the start date
2.2 Lemondás a szolgáltatási időszak alatt
Once the service period has begun:
- Refunds are generally not available for partially used memberships
- Pro-rata refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances (medical reasons with documentation, relocation, etc.)
- Contact us to discuss your specific situation
3. Esemény regisztrációk
For event-based payments:
- Full refund if event is cancelled by the organizer
- Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event
- No refunds for no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours before the event
4. Fizetés feldolgozása
Payments are processed through NETOPIA Payments. Regarding payment-related issues:
- Failed transactions will not result in charges
- Duplicate charges will be refunded within 5-7 business days
- For payment disputes, contact us first before initiating a chargeback

To request a refund:

- Include your order/invoice number
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Attach any relevant documentation
Processing Time:Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- Card payments: Refunded to the original card
- Bank transfers: Refunded to the account of origin
Please note that refunds may take 5-14 business days to appear on your statement.

The following are generally non-refundable:
- Administrative fees
- Processing fees
- Services already rendered
- Digital goods once accessed
8. Kivételek
We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of:
- Technical errors on our part
- Service not delivered as described
- Documented medical emergencies
- Force majeure circumstances
